Rob Pollard

Rob Pollard is Managing Director of Managed Security Services at Fortra. With over two decades of experience with security software and services, Rob excels in tackling significant challenges for customers and enhancing their overall journey.

Throughout his career, Rob has nurtured and empowered sales teams, spearheaded business development initiatives, and propelled the growth of managed service solutions. He joined Fortra in 2023 as Vice President of Sales to advance the company’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. Previously, Rob spent more than 24 years in the information technology industry, most recently as Vice President of Sales at FireEye, Inc, where he led cross-training initiatives and played a role in strategic planning.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
